We have seen a few trucks like these with wrecked cars piled high on top. They must be taking them to the dump, but you'd think they could find a safer way to do it! Maybe they know something about physics that I don't but I wouldn't be suprised at all if that top car fell right off! We couldn't tell if there was more than one rope tying down the top car. It sure looked like only one. We somehow got stuck behind the truck on our way home and stayed far behind, which was also helpful for snapping a picture.
